Quality Monitoring Services Ltd. is an innovative Quality management consultancy company. The business was founded in November 1992, by Managing Director Lucia Kennedy and has grown in strength ever since; carrying out training and other specific Quality-related functions in over two hundred companies.

			Lucia set up Quality Monitoring Services Ltd. in 1992, in response to demand from the SME sector. Since that time, Lucia has worked with a wide range of small companies in the food manufacturing and food service industries assisting them in meeting customer and statutory requirements.
