Bord Bia Egg Quality Assurance Scheme

FoodLink, through its subsidiary, Quality Monitoring Services, has been providing training to egg producers and egg packers.

Quality Monitoring Services has recently been actively involved in training egg producers and egg packers in the requirements of the Bord Bia Egg Quality Assurance Scheme.

The training undertaken by the companies involved detailed training sessions on the requirements of the Bord Bia Egg Quality Assurance Scheme and HACCP.

The egg producers and packers then participated in on-site visits, combining auditing and HACCP development activities.
