FoodLink R&D Europe Ltd. is an Irish company offering training and consultancy services to the food manufacturing and service sectors. We have a broad client base in private, State and Semi-State companies. Our services include training, technical, R&D and quality management, strategic and financial planning, premises design and project management.

  Colm O'Connor  

Colm brings many years experience in all aspects of food development and production. He developed and led a number of EU supported research projects in the area of information technology and expert systems for the food industry.

Lucia Kennedy

  Lucia Kennedy  

A microbiologist by profession, Lucia heads up the FoodLink training business. She is the holder of the Advanced Certificate in Business Counselling from Durham University and has worked with over 200 organisations in a variety of training and advisory programmes from basic food hygiene through to supply chain management.

Gerry Mullen

  Gerry Mullen  

Gerry is a specialist in strategic and business development. An accountant by profession he was formerly a board member of LEDU (The Northern Ireland small business development agency ) and currently sits on the boards of several other companies.

Ruth Fitzsimmons

  Ruth Fitzsimmons  

Ruth is also a microbiologist and is responsible for FoodLink's Quality Management Services. In this role she has specialised in the implementation of HACCP, the design of quality management systems and the carrying out of customer and supplier audits.
